We highly recommend verifying all contractors before having them do work for you. You can verify any contractor on the L&I website. Use the Verify a Contractor to see if a business you want to work with has an active contractor registration; an active and paid-to-date workers' comp account covering any employees. At the same time, you can check for safety violations, other information, lawsuits against their surety bond and more.

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to provide an estimate without physically assessing the tree. There are too many variables to provide accurate pricing otherwise. Pricing is not only determined by the type and size of the tree but also the location, surrounding areas, ease of access, growth patterns, stability and structure, as well as other factors such as driveway, road, house and wire locations.

  • Occasionally. We recommend emailing Ashley@sauveandsons.com or texting the office a picture of the stump with measuring tape across to show the diameter. We would also need pictures of access points and any other obstacles. Then we will review the pictures and let you know if an in person estimate will be required or not.

  • No. As long as the trees are accessible, we can provide the estimate without you on site. We do recommend being available during that time for a phone call incase we need to discuss the scope of work.

  • Your quote will be sent via text message or email for your review. Customers are encouraged to approve the quote through this system.

  • Yes. We proudly offer Military, First Responder and Senior Discounts.

  • Our preferred methods of payment are Check, Cash or Zelle. Credit Cards are also accepted with a 2.9% processing fee. Payments are due upon completion of the job.  Crew leaders will collect Check or Cash payments prior to leaving the jobsite. Zelle payments can be made using our office number - 360-707-8364. Credit Card payments can be made directly through the Invoice.

  • Our crews may arrive prior to 8:00am. We recommend preparing for our arrival in advance by moving lawn furniture or other objects to areas clear of the work zone. We recommend asking neighbors to move cars from the street to make space for our equipment and trucks if necessary.  We ask all clients to stay at a safe distance from any crew members and equipment.  We recommend that customers make direct eye contact with the crew leader, before walking into the work zone, if they need assistance during the job.  Our crews follow the all industry standards and safety protocols and wear helmets with Bluetooth communication, eye, and ear protection.

  • Once a customer approves their estimate, we will attempt to schedule the job as soon as possible. For efficiency, we usually schedule and group jobs focused on specific areas or cities.

  • Arborists specialize in the care of individual trees. They are knowledgeable about the needs of trees, and are trained and equipped to provide proper care. Hiring an arborist is a decision that should not be taken lightly. Proper tree care is an investment that can lead to substantial returns. Well cared-for trees are attractive and can add considerable value to your property. Poorly maintained trees can be a significant liability. Pruning or removing trees, especially large trees, can be dangerous work. Tree work should be done only by those trained and equipped to work safely in trees.

    Why Hire an Arborist?

  • ISA credential holders have the opportunity to list themselves in this online directory. This is a voluntary listing and may not include all the arborists in your area who hold an ISA credential. If you don’t see your city or state/prov then there isn’t an arborist currently listed. To verify an arborist’s ISA credentials, please use the Verify a Credential tool.
